Staffing Industry Leader Gerry Spencer Named President of Apex Placement and Consulting

NEW YORK (Sept. 23, 2024) – Apex Placement and Consulting – an award-winning, female-owned staffing solutions company – recently hired industry leader Gerry Spencer as the President of Apex Placement and Consulting. In her new position, Spencer will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations across the Northeastern U.S., including business development, client acquisition and team management.  

A dynamic executive with more than two decades of experience in strategic staffing and recruitment, Spencer has a proven track record leading high-performing teams and driving organizational success through innovative strategies and goal-oriented management. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies as well as start-ups and excels at steering businesses through complex challenges, delivering measurable results in highly competitive labor environments.

Before joining Apex Placement and Consulting, Spencer enjoyed a successful career as the Regional Vice President, Director and Senior Branch Manager at Adecco, where she served thousands of clients across the Northeast and earned seven sales awards. Throughout her career, she has been a trusted business advocate and has earned respect for her unwavering dedication to clients and data-driven strategies designed to help companies overcome labor challenges.
