Don joins Apex with over 25 years of leadership and recruiting.  With a degree in Business Management from Northwood University, Don has successfully navigated through multiple roles in sales, business development, customer service, and recruiting in both public and military sectors.  With 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, his experience in sales began with a recruiting role, eventually serving as a regional recruiting manager for the military, covering Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.  After his retirement from the service, he spent the next 5 years as a leader in the auto industry, working as a project coordinator, production control manager, and then the assistant plant manager.  His combined auto and military recruiting experience will serve our stakeholders well as he focuses on his desire to grow his community and specifically, his military outreach.
