As the President and CEO of Apex Placement and Consulting, Jennifer Gavin meets the changing needs of clients and job candidates in a highly competitive market and leads the Apex team, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to be successful. She leverages 20 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, working closely with corporate clients to deliver a strong return in investment and to help them succeed in the war for talent. Prior to her current executive leadership role, Jennifer spent five years with the largest global staffing company as a Regional Vice President, serving clients in five states and supervising a team of nearly 100 recruiting professionals across a range of industries. She attended Central Michigan University’s Business and Organizational Leadership program and has earned numerous professional honors, including four Top Regional Sales Awards. As the current Chair of the Macomb/St. Clair Workforce Development Board, Jennifer brings a passion for helping people to her leadership role at Apex Placement and Consulting.
