She leverages 20 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, working closely with corporate clients to deliver a strong return in investment and to help them succeed in the war for talent. Prior to her current executive leadership role, Jennifer spent five years with the largest global staffing company as a Regional Vice President, serving clients in five states and supervising a team of nearly 100 recruiting professionals across a range of industries. She attended Central Michigan University’s Business and Organizational Leadership program and has earned numerous professional honors, including four Top Regional Sales Awards. As the current Chair of the Macomb/St. Clair Workforce Development Board, Jennifer brings a passion for helping people to her leadership role at Apex Placement and Consulting.

As a Market Director at Apex Placement and Consulting, Tiffany Coleman brings 12 years of experience in the staffing and talent procurement field, assisting corporate clients as well as job candidates. Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Tiffany has strong knowledge of the current staffing market and excels at customer service, lead generation, price negotiation and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Since earning a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University, Tiffany has worked for several staffing firms in and around Detroit and has held key roles such as Commercial Services Manager, Branch Manager, Large Program Manager, Onsite Manager and Senior Recruiter. She is also a Certified Sales Professional and a recipient of the Sales Tiger Award.

Allie Black, a Sales Manager at Apex Placement and Consulting, specializes in candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, employee relations and special project management. Originally from Macomb Township, Michigan, Allie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Baker College of Clinton Township and has worked in the talent placement field in Metro Detroit for five years as an Executive Recruiter and Account Representative. Her favorite thing about working in the staffing and procurement field is having the ability to change someone’s life by finding them a job they truly love.

HR Business Partner/Consultant Jill Bettini brings 25 years of experience in human resources, training and development, search and staffing to her position at Apex Placement and Consulting, where she is responsible for human resources consulting, staffing, employee relations and account management. Originally from Shelby Township, Michigan, Jill earned a B.S. in Human Resource Development from Oakland University, and has worked with several major staffing firms across Michigan in the roles of Senior Executive Recruiter, Corporate Trainer and Recruiter and Skilled Trades Recruiter. Jill excels at corporate recruiting, customer service, skilled labor, engineering and filling hard-to-fill positions, as well as building relationships with corporate clients as well as job candidates.

With a passion for both talent and clients alike, Kristin Gladki brings more than 20 years of staffing, recruiting and leadership experience to Apex Placement and Consulting as the Operations Director. Specializing in recruiting, training, and retention initiatives, she has worked with several premier staffing organizations throughout the United States, most recently as a Director of Recruiting over four states, prior to joining the Apex team. A Michigan native, Kristin earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Management from Walsh College of Business. Her customized approach to attracting quality talent and bringing thoughtful solutions to market help fuel her drive to partner with organizations to exceed expectations in the changing world of work.

As an HR Business Partner & Compliance Manager at Apex Placement and Consulting, Andrea Gilbert focuses on sourcing, recruiting and interviewing candidates and brings 15 years of industry experience to her position. Prior to joining the company, Andrea worked for several major HR firms across Michigan in roles including Senior Recruiter, Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Lead Staffing Specialist and Staffing Consultant. She earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Baker College. Originally from Macomb, Michigan, Andrea loves interacting with job candidates and helping them find work they enjoy.

Dana brings an impressive 17 years of recruitment experience spanning various industries, including collegiate recruitment, healthcare, and staffing. Originally from Allen Park, Dana’s journey began at Virginia Tech University, where she recruited candidates for a human factors study focused on teen drivers. She then transitioned into healthcare recruitment, where she successfully staffed nurses for flu and wellness clinics across the nation.

Over the years, Dana diversified her career within the staffing industry, holding various roles such as Onsite Program Manager, Lead Recruiter, Regional Recruiter, Regional Operations Support, Operations Talent Consultant, and her current position as Recruiting Manager at Apex. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Wayne State University and has a genuine passion for connecting with people on a personal level.

Kennedy is a valuable member of our team, bringing a wealth of experience to our recruitment efforts. With a degree in Business Management from Oakland University, Kennedy has navigated through diverse roles in sales, business development, customer service, and healthcare recruiting.
