Prior to her current executive leadership role, Jennifer spent five years with the largest global staffing company as a Regional Vice President, serving clients in five states and supervising a team of nearly 100 recruiting professionals across a range of industries. She attended Central Michigan University’s Business and Organizational Leadership program and has earned numerous professional honors, including four Top Regional Sales Awards. As the current Chair of the Macomb/St. Clair Workforce Development Board, Jennifer brings a passion for helping people to her leadership role at Apex Placement and Consulting.

As a Market Director at Apex Placement and Consulting, Tiffany Coleman brings 12 years of experience in the staffing and talent procurement field, assisting corporate clients as well as job candidates. Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Tiffany has strong knowledge of the current staffing market and excels at customer service, lead generation, price negotiation and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Since earning a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University, Tiffany has worked for several staffing firms in and around Detroit and has held key roles such as Commercial Services Manager, Branch Manager, Large Program Manager, Onsite Manager and Senior Recruiter. She is also a Certified Sales Professional and a recipient of the Sales Tiger Award.

As our Strategy Director, Leeza brings 20 years of staffing, leadership, and sales experience to the team. Her strengths lie in operational structure, team building, talent strategy, and her tactical approach to solutioning large volume challenges. When working in an exceptional competitive market such as this, Leeza’s experience and market knowledge is our go-to on for all labor challenges, especially building account strategies for niche industries and new account launches.

As a Territory Manager at Apex Placement and Consulting, Michelle Scharff, is passionate about helping companies and organizations grow their business by specializing in what matters most… people. With two decades of experience in the staffing industry, including a plethora of regional and national sales performance awards, Michelle has spent most of her career at two of the biggest staffing firms in the world, managing teams that staff small and large companies. Having helped companies with one employee find the perfect fit to staffing entire factories for Fortune 500 companies, Michelle has vast experience helping small and large companies do one thing… grow. Born, raised, and educated in Michigan, Michelle is passionate about helping the people and communities surrounding her. From helping homeless animals and foster children to growing businesses that provide the jobs that so many need, Michelle gets up each morning excited to make a difference

As a Sales Manager at Apex Placement and Consulting, Michelle Miller brings 22 years of leadership and sales experience from two of the largest global staffing firms in the world. Leading in the creation of new business while maintaining or growing current accounts and delivering innovative workforce solutions that enable our clients to win in the challenging workforce we face today.

Michelle has a passion for process improvement solutions regarding customer needs and determining revenue-generating solutions that open the door to expanding on value-added services. She believes the most important process in the industry is providing associate care while providing them with careers, not just jobs.

Allie Black, a Sales Manager at Apex Placement and Consulting, specializes in candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, employee relations and special project management. Originally from Macomb Township, Michigan, Allie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Baker College of Clinton Township and has worked in the talent placement field in Metro Detroit for five years as an Executive Recruiter and Account Representative. Her favorite thing about working in the staffing and procurement field is having the ability to change someone’s life by finding them a job they truly love.

Sterling Jordan brings 12 years’ of diverse experience to include full cycle recruiting, HR, payroll and client program management. Sterling’s recruiting expertise is administrative and manufacturing industries. Recently transitioning to Apex Placement and Consulting where he oversees large volume recruitment and onsite programs. Originally from Saginaw, Sterling developed a passion for the manufacturing industry after working for over 13 years in Machine Operation. He went on to study and receive his certification in Medical Administration. He then embarked upon the opportunity to change lives through job placement assistant. Sterling possesses outstanding leadership qualities utilizing communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. More than anything Sterling has a devoted passion for helping others each and every day.

With over 10 years’ experience working in the staffing industry, from recruiting to payroll operations, David brings a unique skillset to APEX Placement & Consulting. David’s experience includes handling invoicing, processing payments, vacations, travel, and bonuses. In addition, David’s experience in staffing allows an understanding of ensuring payment processing in a timely manner. One of the work goals that drives him, is working to meet deadlines and making sure the quality is at its absolute highest. Working in payroll, particularly in the staffing industry, gives him the fulfilment for processing payments for those who work hard to earn a living.

HR Business Partner/Consultant Jill Bettini brings 25 years of experience in human resources, training and development, search and staffing to her position at Apex Placement and Consulting, where she is responsible for human resources consulting, staffing, employee relations and account management. Originally from Shelby Township, Michigan, Jill earned a B.S. in Human Resource Development from Oakland University, and has worked with several major staffing firms across Michigan in the roles of Senior Executive Recruiter, Corporate Trainer and Recruiter and Skilled Trades Recruiter. Jill excels at corporate recruiting, customer service, skilled labor, engineering and filling hard-to-fill positions, as well as building relationships with corporate clients as well as job candidates.

With a passion for both talent and clients alike, Kristin Gladki brings more than 20 years of staffing, recruiting and leadership experience to Apex Placement and Consulting as the Operations Director. Specializing in recruiting, training, and retention initiatives, she has worked with several premier staffing organizations throughout the United States, most recently as a Director of Recruiting over four states, prior to joining the Apex team. A Michigan native, Kristin earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Management from Walsh College of Business. Her customized approach to attracting quality talent and bringing thoughtful solutions to market help fuel her drive to partner with organizations to exceed expectations in the changing world of work.
